The town of Cathlamet shall not maintain a current index of records pursuant to RCW 42.56.070. Pursuant to RCW 42.56.070(4)(b), any index maintained for town use by any department within the town shall be available for public inspection and copying under the Public Records Act. (Ord. 603 § 1, 2018)
