There shall be and is established a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, which shall be applicable to the areas within the corporate limits of the town, specified as follows:

All other streets and highways other than those established for State Route 4 in CMC 10.05.010, or for any other streets or highways in CMC 10.05.020, and except for the Main Street portion of SR 409, from the start of Main Street, coming off of Front Street; mile post 3.52 to the intersection of SR4 and Main Street; mile post 3.84, which shall be 20 miles per hour.
