(1) Any unauthorized use of a special placard allowing special parking privileges to a person with a disability as defined in RCW 46.19.010 is a civil infraction.

(2) Unauthorized use of a disabled parking space or making inaccessible the access aisle located next to a space reserved for physically disabled persons is an infraction. (Ord. 647 § 3, 2021; Ord. 453 § 2, 2004)
