“Uniform Plumbing Code” shall mean the code of that name published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, 1991 Edition; provided, that Chapters 11 and 12 are not adopted; and provided further, that those requirements of the Uniform Plumbing Code relating to venting of appliances as found in Chapter 13 are not adopted.
