(1) The town of Cathlamet shall collect and retain all sewer connection fees, charges, assessments, levies or deposits as established under CMC 13.10.060, and all monthly sewer user fees as established by town ordinance for out-of-town services, or otherwise.

(2) In addition to the town’s sewer connection fees and related charges, the town of Cathlamet shall collect and remit to the county of Wahkiakum at the time of sewer connection a system development fee of $3,000 per equivalent customer unit in such service area, or such other amount as may be agreed in an interlocal agreement for construction of sewer trunk/interceptor lines.
