In all areas of special flood hazards where base flood elevation data has been provided as set forth in CMC 14.10.070, basis for establishing areas of special flood hazard, or CMC 14.10.140(2), use of other base flood data, the provisions set out in CMC 14.10.250 through 14.10.300 are required.
