The town council hereby adopts the SMP update referenced in the ordinance codified in this chapter and finds the amended SMP consistent with the requirements of Chapter 90.58 RCW and Chapter 173-26 WAC, as they apply to these amendments. The SMP updated in Exhibit 1 to the ordinance codified in this chapter fully repeals and replaces the 1975 SMP, and shall be referenced at this chapter. (Ord. 613 § 3, 2019)
