The public works superintendent of the town of Cathlamet, or his designee, is hereby appointed and designated as the official responsible for the enforcement and administration of this chapter; provided, however, that the fire marshal shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of the 2018 International Fire Code published by the International Code Council (ICC) with Washington State amendments pursuant to the powers and duties vested in him by CMC 2.70.070.
