The owner, lessee, or tenant of any building, structure, premises, or part thereof, or any employee, agent or other person, who commits, authorizes, participates in, assists in, or who maintains after notice, a violation of this chapter may be found guilty of a separate offense and be punished as provided in CMC 15.10.070.
