No occupied mobile home or house trailer used as a residence, or for business or otherwise shall be parked, placed or kept hereafter within the town of Cathlamet except as provided in CMC 15.20.140; provided, that this chapter shall not prohibit mobile homes or house trailers lawfully occupied or used at the time of the passage of this chapter in their present location, but this exemption shall cease whenever such mobile home or house trailer is not occupied or used for a period of 30 days.
