From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park and locate or use any mobile home for human occupancy upon any lot, parcel or tract of land within the corporate limits of the town of Cathlamet except as provided in CMC 15.20.140 and 15.20.150.
