The town of Cathlamet hereby adopts the Standard Plans for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction dated October, 1993, prepared by the Washington State Department of Transportation, as now or hereafter amended, also known as the "Standard Plans" manual, as a guide to municipal construction.
