The town of Cathlamet hereby adopts the criteria for Sewerage Works Design, publication No. 98-37WQ dated December, 1998 prepared by the Washington State Department of Ecology, as now or hereafter amended, also known as the "Orange Book," as a guide to sewerage works design and construction.
