(2) Legal description of the property as it relates to section, township, range, subdivision and parcel and tax lot numbers, and number of acres;

(3) Name of proposed subdivision and number of lots anticipated;

(4) Proposed method of sewage disposal and the name of the purveyor of the service;

(5) Proposed method of providing potable water and the name of the purveyor of the service; and
