All subdivisions shall comply with the requirements of the current edition of the International Fire Code published by the International Code Council (ICC) with Washington State amendments, or such fire protection requirements as adopted or amended by the town council. Fire hydrants shall be provided as set forth in Appendix C of the International Fire Code pertaining to fire hydrant locations and distribution.
