Except for reverse-frontage parcels, the width of blocks shall be sufficient to allow for two tiers of lots. Blocks shall be as long as is reasonable and consistent with topography and needs for convenient access, circulation, control, and safety of street traffic. The block length ordinarily shall not exceed 1,200 feet or be less than 500 feet. (Ord. 484, 2006)
