The preliminary application shall be prepared pursuant to CMC 17.32.060 through 17.32.090, and shall be submitted to the administrator at least 60 days prior to the planning commission meeting at which consideration is desired.

When the administrator determines that the proposed urban subdivision application contains the information and data as required in CMC 17.32.080 and 17.32.090, the administrator shall assign a permanent file number. (Ord. 484, 2006)
