17.32.420 Health officer’s review responsibilities.

The health officer or his designee shall notify the administrator that:
(1) The sanitary sewerage disposal methods contemplated for use do or do not conform with current standards;
(2) The public water supply is or is not part of an existing water supply. (Ord. 484, 2006)
