17.32.460 Administrator recommendations.

The administrator shall review the reports and comments of the health officer, engineer, fire department, and other agencies, and shall make recommendations to the commission to grant, condition or deny the subdivision, taking into consideration the following:
(1) Whether it is in conformance with purposes, standards, and requirements of the Town of Cathlamet Comprehensive Plan, zoning code, environmental policy code, and any other applicable codes and policies;
(2) The physical characteristics of the subdivision site. The proposal may be disapproved or conditioned because of difficult development land. Construction of protective improvements may be required as a condition of approval. (Ord. 484, 2006)
