The administrator shall mail copies of the public hearing notice to the adjacent property owners. Said notice shall be mailed not less than 10 days prior to the hearing. Adjacent landowners are the owners of real property, as shown by the records of the county assessor, located within 300 feet of any portion of the boundary of the proposed subdivision.
