Once the preliminary plat has been approved by the town council it shall not be altered unless approved by the applicant, the administrator, the engineer, and the mayor. Any change in the design of the preliminary plat that will adversely affect the abutting ownerships shall be required to be resubmitted in compliance with this title. (Ord. 484, 2006)
