If the town council decides not to adopt the proposed amendment to the development regulations, it shall pass a resolution with the associated findings and conclusions to support its decision. If the town council decides to adopt the proposed amendment to the development regulations, it shall adopt an ordinance with the associated findings and conclusions to support its decision.
