Adult entertainment businesses may not be engaged in business except in the adult entertainment business zone, which is hereby created. The adult entertainment business zone shall consist of all land zoned as commercial/industrial in the town of Cathlamet which is south of and fronting on Commercial Street between Broadway and the alley from Front Street with a minimum setback for any such adult entertainment businesses of 100 feet from both Broadway and the alley from Front Street.
