The salaries of officers herein provided, unless waived pursuant to CMC 2.05.050(3), shall be paid on the fifth day of each month for the prior month’s work. If a regularly scheduled payday falls on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, paychecks will be distributed on the last business day prior to the scheduled payday.
