2.60.020 Critical functions.

The council has determined that the following functions are critical to the public welfare, and may be contracted for as permitted by law:
(1) Town attorney.
(2) Town surveyor.
(3) Town forester.
(4) Town engineer.
(5) Consultant – professional or occupational specialty.
(6) Other functions identified by resolution of the council. (Ord. 520, 2009)
