The finance and budget liaison shall meet with the clerk-treasurer no less than once a month. The clerk-treasurer is responsible for scheduling the liaison review prior to the regular council meeting.

In addition, the liaison may be accompanied by one additional member of the council during voucher reviews, preceding the financial review. The additional member shall be appointed at each regular council meeting and may rotate between the remaining council members. An alternate shall be assigned so as to allow for any unforeseen circumstances preventing the assigned members to meet on a timely basis. (Ord. 619, 2019)
