There shall be placed in said fund all receipts, payments, grants, donations and other income received on the account of the operation of the Cathlamet ambulance service and such further sums as may be directed by ordinance, or as may be provided for in the annual budget for said town, and such other sum or sums as may be contributed for the purposes of said EMS cumulative reserve fund. All revenue in excess of expenses generated by, or received on account of, operation of an ambulance service shall annually be added to said reserve. (Ord. 619, 2019)
