The tax provided for in this chapter shall be known as the “utility tax,” and is levied upon the privilege of conducting an electric energy, natural or manufactured gas, telephone, water service, sewage service, garbage collection service, or cable television business within the town of Cathlamet, effective calendar year 2005.
