Within seven days of receipt of an application for an erotic dance studio license, the clerk shall transmit copies of such application to the sheriff for review and recommendation, and to the town’s building inspector and public works director for review and report as to the applicant’s compliance with all applicable fire, building, and zoning requirements of the town of Cathlamet.
