It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use, operate, or cause to be used or operated, any sound truck, loudspeaker or any other device for the purpose of amplifying or broadcasting sound into any public place outside of any building or from any building, vehicle or structure from which sound is amplified, broadcasted or otherwise disseminated into any public place outside of any building except as in this chapter provided.
