Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor in accordance with Washington State law. Conviction of a gross misdemeanor for which no punishment is prescribed in any statute in force at the time of conviction and sentence shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term of up to 364 days, or by a fine in an amount of not more than $500.00, or both.
