(1) These standards apply to all electronic data, including email, that is created, stored or transmitted by the town.

(2) All town staff are required to follow these standards.

(3) All non-town staff working within a town facility such as volunteers, business partners, contractors, and vendors are required to follow these standards. (Res. 413 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021)
