13.70.380 Building sewer permit classes.

There shall be two classes of building sewer permits:
(1) For residential and commercial service; and
(2) For service to establishments producing industrial waste.
In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the town. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in judgment of the superintendent. A permit fee and inspection fee shall be charged according to a rate schedule to be hereafter adopted by town ordinance and said fees shall be paid to the town at the time the application is filed.
