The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance Administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Preliminary Flood Insurance Study (FIS)" dated March, 1987, together with flood insurance rate maps (FIRM) dated January, 1985, are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The flood insurance study and maps are on file at the auditor’s office and public works department located at 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, Washington 98612. (Ord. 377 § 3.2, 1996)
