No permit granted pursuant to this chapter shall remove an applicant’s obligation to comply with applicable provisions of any other federal, state or local law or regulations. In the event of any conflict between these regulations and any other regulation or regulations of the town of Cathlamet, the regulations which provide the most protection to the critical area shall apply.
