(1) The provisions of the Shoreline Master Program regulations relating specifically to critical areas, Chapter 6, are hereby adopted and incorporated into Ordinance No. 433.

(2) Any inconsistency between Ordinance No. 433 and the provisions of Chapter 6, Critical Areas, of the Shoreline Master Program shall be resolved in favor of said Chapter 6 regulations, which shall be controlling. (Ord. 608 §§ 1, 3, 2018)
