15.10.010 Adopted.
(1) There shall be in effect within the corporate limits of the town of Cathlamet the Washington State Building Code which shall consist of the following codes which are hereby adopted by reference:
(a) The 2018 Edition of the International Building Code, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-50 WAC;
(b) The 2018 Edition of the International Residential Code, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-51 WAC;
(c) The 2018 Edition of the International Mechanical Code, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-52 WAC;
(d) The 2018 Edition of the International Fire Code, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-54A WAC;
(e) The 2015 Edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-56 WAC;
(f) The 2018 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code, commercial, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to Chapter 51-11C WAC; and
(g) The 2018 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code, residential, including Washington State amendments, pursuant to WAC 51-11R.
(2) In case of conflict among the codes enumerated in subsections (1)(a), (1)(b), (1)(c), (1)(d), (1)(e), (1)(f) and (1)(g) of this section, the first named code shall govern over those following. (Ord. 642 § 1, 2021; Ord. 597 § 1, 2017)
