(1) The licensee or permittee, or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker, shall be in charge at all times to keep the manufactured home park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly, safe and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the licensee and permittee, for the violation of any provision of the ordinance to which the licensee or permittee is subject.

(2) Any manufactured home which shall be found by the local health department to be so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, unsanitary, or vermin-infested that it creates a nuisance or is a hazard to the health or safety of the occupants or of the public, shall be designated as unfit for human habitation.

(3) No owner or operator of a manufactured home park shall permit a manufactured home to remain in the park when the manufactured home has been designated as unfit for human habitation.

(4) The park shall provide visual screening and landscaping in perimeter setback areas and open space. (Ord. 373 § 11, 1996)
