(1) The regulations contained in this chapter shall apply to the division or redivision of land into five or more lots, tracts, parcels or sites, any one of which is less than five acres in area, for the purpose of sale, lease or transfer of ownership, except as provided in CMC 17.32.040.

(2) These regulations apply to the incorporated areas within the town of Cathlamet. (Ord. 484, 2006)
