When the administrator determines that the proposed urban subdivision contains the required information and supplementary data, copies of the plat shall be distributed to the following:

(1) Health officer for the county;

(2) Engineer;

(3) Chief of the Cathlamet fire department;

(4) Public utility district No. 1;

(5) Any special district that is to supply utilities;

(6) State Department of Transportation when state highway facilities are adjacent to or likely to be impacted by the proposed plat;

(7) School district;

(8) Any federal, state and local agency which may have an interest in the urban plat as determined by the administrator. (Ord. 484, 2006)
