“Manufactured home” means a single-family dwelling on one or more chassis for towing to the point of use, designed to be used as a dwelling unit and which bears an insignia issued by a state or federal regulatory agency indicating that the manufactured home complies with all applicable construction standards of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development definition of manufactured home.
