At the time of the official public hearings on any proposed annexation to the town of Cathlamet, the planning commission shall recommend a zone classification for the area to be annexed, which recommendation shall be in keeping with the comprehensive plan for the urban area.

The planning commission shall stipulate the precise zoning classification of the area to be annexed, and such stipulation shall be included in and become a part of the annexation ordinance, and the map which is part of this title shall be changed accordingly. (Ord. 369 § 14, 1995)
