The existence of the remedy provided in this chapter, or the pendency of any such proceeding, shall not affect the right of the town or any citizen thereof to proceed otherwise, including civil proceedings at law or equity, to enforce the provisions of this title. The power to enforce this title shall be vested in an enforcement officer or officers appointed by the mayor with the approval of the council. (Ord. 369 § 17, 1995)
