Regular meetings of the town council of the town of Cathlamet shall be held twice each month on the first and third Mondays of each month. Regular meetings shall be held in the DeBriae Meeting Room of the Cathlamet Fire Hall located at 255 Second Street in the town of Cathlamet, and shall commence at the hour of 6:00 p.m.; provided, if the scheduled town meeting falls on a state holiday, the meeting shall take place the following day at the same time and place.
