The examiner’s decision on all land use actions shall be final and conclusive unless an appeal is filed with Wahkiakum County superior court within 21 days of issuance of the land use decision, pursuant to Chapter 36.70C RCW. Appeals from the examiner’s decision shall include the appeal fee as set by resolution of council; provided, that such appeal fee shall not be charged to a department of the town or to other than the first appellant. The timely filing of any appeal shall stay the effective date of the examiner’s decision until such time as the appeal is adjudicated or is withdrawn. (Ord. 641 § 1, 2020)
