(1) It shall be the duty of the town public works director or his designee to enforce this chapter.

(2) For purposes of issuing a notice of corrective action or notice of civil infraction pursuant to Chapter 7.80 RCW for violations of this chapter, the following persons are designated “enforcement officers” and are authorized to enforce the civil provisions of this chapter: the town of Cathlamet public works director or his designee, the officers and firefighters of the town of Cathlamet, the town marshal or his designee.
