Whenever a monetary penalty is imposed by the court pursuant to this chapter and Chapter 7.80 RCW, it is immediately payable. Willful failure to pay the penalty constitutes a misdemeanor. If a penalty is not paid on or before the time established for payment, the town attorney may proceed to collect the penalty in the same manner as other civil judgments. (Ord. 368 § 12, 1995)
