Pursuant to RCW 66.44.010(1) all fines imposed for all violations of this title and the laws of Washington State relating to the manufacture, importation, transportation, possession, distribution and sale of liquor shall be placed in the current expense fund and used specifically for payment of the salaries of those engaged in the enforcement of these provisions.
