It is a parking infraction, with a monetary penalty of $124.00, for any person to park a vehicle in a parking space served by publicly available electric vehicle supply equipment if the vehicle is not connected to the charging equipment pursuant to RCW 46.08.185. Infractions under this chapter shall be heard in the municipal court of the town of Cathlamet and the procedures for their adjudication shall be the same as the court’s rules for the disposition of traffic infractions.
