Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any violation of any provision of this chapter is a civil infraction that will be heard and determined by the Cathlamet municipal court in accord with the provisions of Chapter 7.80 RCW as now or hereafter amended. Further, any sale, offer for sale, lease or transfer of any lot, tract or parcel of land in violation of any provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
